About Tammie Wolfe

I have practiced massage therapy for 12 years and Shiatsu for 11, but am now mainly focusing on Shiatsu. My practice has become more holistic and has been producing quicker relief for my clients’ pain and stiffness issues.

Shiatsu is a Japanese from of bodywork using facilitated stretching and pressure points along the Chinese medicine meridians. These meridians are lines along the body that help to treat different organs in the body. This works well with major muscle groups helping to relax tight painful areas, as well as restoring balance to the organs in order to promote self-healing. Shiatsu has a strong reputation for reducing stress. It is believed to improve circulation. It is also used to treat migraine, arthritis, and muscular pain- especially in the neck and back.

Testimonials

“For 2 years I had regular sessions of massage therapy for pain and stiffness in my hip and legs. I noticed some improvement in my mobility, but still had pain. However, after only 3 sessions of Shiatsu, my mobility has vastly improved and the pain is diminishing rapidly. I’m almost pain free!”
