I have over eight years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families struggling with Depression and Anxiety, Addiction, Adoption and Attachment, Trauma, Shame and Vulnerability.  In the world of therapy, we often talk about meeting clients where they’re at.  This means that I will focus on what is meaningful and important to you.  One on one sessions can take a variety of formats including more traditional talk therapy; using different art mediums; or getting out of the office for a walk.   I use a number of methods to help clients, such as Brainspotting, DBT, and Internal Family Systems to help heal trauma, build resiliency, and shift core beliefs from “I’m not enough” to “I’m capable and worthy.”

Located in Kalispell, my hope is to provide a space for individuals and families to discover their own inherent wisdom and grace. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults in finding their own inner purpose, strength, and wisdom.  Often, this requires peeling back the layers of old habits, wounds, and ways of being in the world that are resulting in distress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of dissatisfaction.  By helping to heal the old wounds, there is more space to experience joy and contentment while also discovering what matters the most to you.

Please visit my website at for additional information or to schedule a session.   I look forward to working with you.  Thank you so much for considering my therapeutic services.
